Templeton, MA man was charged with distribution of a class C drug

Gardner District Court Client an 18 year old Templeton, MA man was charged with 6 separate counts of distribution of a class C drug, 6 counts of school zone violalation, 6 counts of conspiracy, and 6 counts of unlawful wiretap. The school zone charges each carrying minimum mandatory jail time and all 24 charges were felonies. Local police executed two search warrants on client’s residence and a laptop computer he owned. The bulk of the charges came from evidence discovered on the laptop computer, which revealed the client had audio and video recorded drug transactions of him dealing drugs to his friends. Client was a young man who had been an honor roll student, president of his class and three sport athlete in high school and then after becoming addicted to prescription medication went down the wrong path and started dealing drugs.
